 The Domaine de Lavagnac couldn't be better positioned. It's only 15 minutes from the port towns of Marseillan, Meze and Bouzigues, as well as the popular beach resort at Cap d'Agde. The beaches of Marseillan, Agde and 'La Corniche' are also 15 minutes drive. Sète is 30 minutes away, and the popular city of Montpellier 40 minutes by car.
To the south, Béziers (with its new airport) is only 20 minutes. And the pretty town of Pézenas is also only 15 minutes away.
 The closest villages are Montagnac and St Pons de Mauchiens.
All around this area you'll find forests of pine, oak and cedars, as well as vines that stretch as far as the eye can see. The 'Black Mountains' loom in the distance, and, on a clear day from the shore, you can see the snow-capped peaks of the Pyrénées.
Further afield, are the cities of Perpignan, Carcassonne, Nimes and Avignon. There are 9 international airports within 2 hours' drive of the estate. And the A9 and A75 motorways are literally 5-10 minutes away. There are countless TGV train stations dotted around, so access without a car from London or Paris is relatively easy.
