This renovated house for 7 persons is situated in the very quiet and small village of Ferriere-Poussarrou. This typical southern French village has about 20 houses, from which a few are summer-houses. Total peace and quiet, and a lot of privacy. Ideal for lovers of nature or to go for a walk. The swimming-pool measures 4 x 8 m and is completely fenced. Enough furniture for outdoor and there's a barbecue available on the terrace. Next to the swimming-pool you'll find a ping-pong table and a soccer-table. The nearest shops ar in Saint Chinian or Saint Pons. Both villages have a swimming-pool, a tennis-court local shps and a weekly market. At the main floor: living-room with bench, seats, little table, fireplace, television. Dining-corner with large table and 8 chairs. Kitchen with fridge, oven, micro-wave, dish-washer. Store-room with washing-machine. Bedroom with double bed of 1.80 x 2.00 (blanket of 2.20 x 2.00).
