THE VILLA:
This villa is a spacious, architect designed home with high ceilings and elegant staircase with light well. You can enjoy the Mediterranean garden with its variety of colors, take a dip in the salt water pool and soak in the sun from one of your four terraces.
Beautiful kitchen, with the living room, dining room and the lounge seem to flow one into the other. Large double doors opening up to the south-facing terrace and the pool. There are three bedrooms. A covered terrace with a barbecue corner is ideally situated for dining al fresco with friends and family whilst enjoying the breathtaking views of the country side.
CLIMATE:
With over 300 days of sunshine, 241 kilometers of coastline, with three major mountain ranges and nine ski resorts it is no wonder that the Languedoc-Roussillon is the up-and- coming jewel in the south of France.
LOCATION:
Carcassonne airport 10 minutes away.Besides the international airports of Nimes and Toulouse, Montpellier offers many connecting flights to international destinations. Carcassonne, Beziers, and Perpignan airports offer low-cost Ryan Air flights year round. Paris is about five hours by TGV and if you prefer to travel by car the motor ways are very good serving the region and linking the Languedoc-Roussillon to Spain.
