The sandy blue flag rated Mediterraneans beaches are 15 mins drive away. Also here are plenty of beach & leisure activities including an adventure park,mini golf & 10 pin bowling. There are a whole range of good restaurants & shops in Sorede & Laroque Des Alberes both within 5 mins drive.

Villa Hureuse is a detached villa found in a truly exceptional setting in the stunning mountainous Valley Heureuse directly overlooking a breathtaking tumbling river. It it is only 5 mins drive from the center of Sorède which has a full range of shops & restaurants. Beautiful sandy Mediterranean beaches are only 15 mins drive away.
The newly decorated house is laid out on two floors & offers three bedrooms sleeping up to 6 people, bathroom, separate W.C. fully fitted kitchen & large sitting room/ dining room as well as separate conservatory. Outside there is private parking & three large terraces. Just outside the property you will be able to explore rock pools large enough for swimming.

With the river nearby it is best suited to families with older children.

Ground floor:
Entrance hall. Leads to all rooms & spiral staircase.

Large double bedroom with double bed & 2 sets of French doors leading directly too the terraces. Large cupboard.

Bathroom with shower & full size bath & sink & large cupboard.

Separate W.C.

Separate kitchen is fully fitted & includes dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, oven with hob (2 gas rings & 2 electric). There is an adjoining eating area. Views are over the terrace & out to the river & mountains.
The large spacious living room dining room leads into the conservatory again with stunning views of the river & the wonderful sound of running water.

Upstairs
A spiral staircase leads to two adjoining double bedrooms which can be separated or left as one space. There are 2 single beds on each side. These bedrooms lead to a large terrace.

Outside
A large sunny totally private terrace leads from the upstairs bedroom. The ground floor bedroom leads to yet another terrace. They both have wonderful views over the cascading river. At the back of the house is a large shaded terrace area.
This really is a great place to relax & let the sound of running water help you unwind. The air is magnificent. There are plenty of tables & chairs, sun loungers & BBQ. For eating ‘ en dehors’
