I feel duty bound to point out that there are already quite a few Bed and Breakfasts in Languedoc-Roussillon, south France. This is good news if you want to book one, but perhaps not so good if you plan to set one up – you’re going to have to make sure you’re at least as good as the competition!
It does, at least, prove that running a Bed and Breakfast in Languedoc is a viable option - as the numbers of visitors to the Languedoc-Roussillon region continues to climb, with more and more low-cost flights opening up between most northern Europe and the many airports here. (Even tiny Beziers is now hosting flights from the north of England!).
