Lovely little town sitting on the river Orb - with vineyards all around. Two restaurants - one smart but informal, the other simple. Two cafes, one side of the road is the rugby bar with the tabac, the other is attached to l'Europe restaurant+ summer Pizza res across the river. A good butchers, 3 boulangeries, an internet cafe, grocers and newsagent. Small supermarket and an excellent Saturday market that sells amazing vegetables. The river is a popular spot for swimming in summer. Lots of beautiful walks nearby. Don't miss the Fete in August, five nights of live music in the main square!
The village really comes to life in summer but, nonetheless is a real `working` village and life goes on all year round-unlike a lot of the small french villages one comes across which close up once Sept arrives!
