In the village of Garrigues Sainte Eulalie, a picturesque medieval village 9km from Uzès and 25km from Nimes, 19 made to measure, traditionally styled houses are to be built. This picturesque village of the Languedoc countryside has a fortified castle, home to the village noblemen from 1250 to 1720, a Romanesque chapel, and pigeonnier. The houses are to adopt traditional construction materials and styles in order to blend with this rich Mediterranean architecture. Stonework, traditionally styled windows and shutters, Languedoc pantile roofs and 'genoises' (multiple layers of pantiles where walls meet the roof) will all be very visible features.

Schooling facilities are available for young children in the village, and for older children in the surrounding area.
