Our opinion : This is a very well located studio apartment in excellent condition, ideal for holidays and for renting out. If you did decide to rent out, you will benefit from a good return on any investment, especially if you decide to utilise our Letback programme (see http://www.midiproperty.com/letbacks.php). €6,900 per year would be a realistic rental income for this property, renting out on a weekly basis.
