The house was bought 4 years ago and we have made some changes to the inside but the structure remains the same as when we bought it.
The entrance hall leads in to the Kitchen which has bespoke units we had these constructed when we bought the property, there is a large wood burning stove and all white goods along with a large kitchen table. A door leads off the kitchen to the lounge and the stairs to the second floor.
The living area is large with French doors leading onto a patio, there is a TV and satellite dish fitted that receives UK television and a phone point. There is a wood burning stove here along with a two and a three seater settee, one of which turns into a bed.
The first floor has a large landing area which could easily be turned in to a study area. The bathroom has had a new suite fitted and has WC sink and large shower.
The 3 bedrooms (1 to the rear and 2 to the front of the property are large and bright with double beds and standalone wardrobes and dressing tables present.
The property has access to the side of the property with a small drive leading onto the rear garden, at the rear of the garden there is a remis that has power to it and a wood store and old bread oven that could be brought back to life with a little work.
The property is sold with all the furniture and it could be moved into immediately. All the main furniture was brought from the UK and all the white goods stoves etc where bought locally. The house literally has everything from Satellite TV to teaspoons and egg cups.
