This castle is located in Languedoc Roussillon, in the greater Montpellier area with shops nearby in a privileged waterside situation. Description of the buildings

General Condition
Except for the ground floor rooms and the basement, the inside of the château is to be entirely renovated. The roof needs repairing or redoing entirely, the ceilings on the 2nd floor have to be redone. By stripping the walls of the plaster, you will find beautiful dry stone walls. Floors are original and in fairly good condition. There is wooden joinery with simple glazing, wooden shutters – all of which needs some attention.
