An orange-tree, magnolias, a lemon tree, a palm tree, wisteria ... Once crossed the garden (200 m2), the view of the house is enchanting. This elegant dwelling of the 19th century is constitued by a mansion and an old wine storehouse. A few traces of that period were preserved : venetian shutters, tiles of cement, three fireplaces whose 2 wrap "Languedocian gardens", a beautiful wooden staircase of olive branches. The wine storehouse leaning against the front side of the house offers 400 m2 spread over two levels. The ground floor includes a loft (80 m2), a music room (57 m2) and the garage (60 m2).
