Village house situated in the pretty village of Ginestas. The village has a pharmacy, baker, food shop, bank, post office, bar and a good restaurant. A large supermarket is 5 minutes’ drive away. 10 minutes’ walk to the Canal du Midi, 35 minutes to the beach, 20 minutes to Narbonne, and close to the (low cost) airports of Perpignan and Carcassonne (60 and 40 minutes away respectively).

The house is in a wide, sunny street with ample on-street parking. Built in the 1900 it retains many original features. There are two entrances: one leading into a large kitchen/diner, the other into the sitting room. There is an inner hall with a store room and a laundry room. The first floor has 3 double bedrooms (one of which has access to a small terrace), a bathroom and separate wc. The second floor has another double bedroom and a large loft area which can be easily converted into a loggia type terrace. Mains gas is in the street for easy conection.
