Our opinion : This is one of our cheapest two-bedroom apartments and therefore represents very good value for money. Ideal for vacation stay and for vacation rentals: check out our Letback scheme. There is an expectation that values will increase substantially over the next few years which make an apartment or villa in Le Barcarès a sound investment. Various studies have shown that property values will rise considerably between 2006 and 2010. Languedoc-Roussillon is one of the warmest areas of France, where daytime temperatures can easily top 30 degrees in the summer. In the region of Perpignan, in particular, which has the highest number of sun hours in France, you can sit outside on one of the many charming terraces from early spring to late autumn.
