Our village has the essential amenities and is safe and calm. It retains a village atmosphere reminiscent of its medieval past and is a wine-making centre. The house is in 'nikel' condition. The walled courtyard and pool are south-facing. Easy maintenance is the key!

The house offers about 220 mē of living space on 3 floors;
Ground floor: There is the original hall door with two small windows that open. This hallway leads to the salon on one side. On the other side, is the dining room leading to the kitchen & utility room. The original elegant stone stairscase rises to an underlit glass landing then on to the 1st floor.
1st Floor: There are two bedrooms on this floor; one to the left and a suite to the right. Both bedrooms have high ceilings & large windows. The suite consists of a salon with original fireplace (not working)connecting to the bedroom with shower room and walk-in dressing room. The 2nd bedroom has a shower, separate w.c & basin.
2nd Floor: Two further bedrooms with similar layout are in the roof space but are big, bright, light & spacious.

A delightful private walled courtard has wrought iron gates leading to the pool area. The 'cour' retains the original horse troughs planted to give a raised wall of colour. Hay racks are filled with passion fruit & jasmine. There are three other mature flower beds. Overlooking the pool is a lit terrace. The pool is floodlit and also has spot lights highlighting the walls. Neatly hidden under the terrace is a pool house, shower, w.c. & garage which open onto a parallel street.
