lovely family farmhouse (typical catalan mas in a smallholding 4Hc (vegetables)) from 1930, situated in the countryside, at 10mns driving to Elne and 3kms from the sandy beaches of st cyprien and argeles. fully renovated from november 2006 to june 2007 (***gite de france) around 120m2 and a large garden around 1000m2, with grass, flowers, threes, BBQ, garden set, pergola,sun chairs..
on the main floor: large living dining room with fire place, sofas, tv, dvd, cooking area new fitted(2007). 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140 and wardrobe, showeroom and toilets separated. washing drier machine.

Only 10 mns driving to visit the seaside towns running into Spain. Argelès-sur-mer is an attractive and lively old seaside town with long stretches of sandy beaches. saint cyprien has an International golf and an Aquapark; Collioure is one of the best kept secrets of the coast where the Pyrenees tumble into the sea, creating a series of beautiful bays and rocky headlands which gives this stretch of coast its unique character. you can visit visit Barcelona in just under two hours or run away Perpignan, a large vibrant Catalan city.
