The pretty little seaside resort of Valras Plage with its fine sandy beaches, seafront restaurants, harbour and sporting activities is only 20-25 minutes drive.
Enter through the gates and follow the drive round for the private parking area with plenty of space for 2 cars. The villa is beautifully presented and the owner has built, furnished and decorated the property to the highest standards. On the ground floor is a huge open plan lounge with comfortable seating and a massive flat screen TV. There is plenty of room for the dining table to seat 8 and seating at the breakfast bar as well.
The kitchen is well equipped and has an oven, 4 electric hobs, dishwasher, American fridge freezer, microwave and large breakfast bar/central island.
There is a utility room off the kitchen with a washing machine and drier. Also a separate WC is on this level.
Three sets of patio doors lead out from the lounge and kitchen onto the front terrace and pool area.
Upstairs there are 4 large double bedrooms, all with wardrobes and air-conditioning. There is also a large family bathroom with corner bath, large walk in shower, basin and WC.
