Stone steps to the terrace access the house. The front door opens into the open plan living/dining area. Comfortably furnished including dining table and chairs for six. A wood burning stove provides heating during the winter months. Satellite television, (mainly German & French stations but also CNN) and a hi-fi system are available for your use. The fully fitted kitchen is separated by a breakfast bar and is equipped with dishwasher, fridge, gas hob and oven.
The Double bedroom has a large wardrobe and chest of drawers; the ensuite shower room has a self-contained shower unit, WC and wash handbasin. The bathroom also gives access to a second small sitting room with stacking beds suitable for over night guests or children. A washing machine and freezer are situated in the ?cave? under the terrace.
The large private terrace is equipped with garden furniture for ?Al Fresco? dining and sun bathing There is also a built in barbecue. The surrounding grounds are planted with vines and fruit trees as well as the wild ?garrigue? terraces behind the property.
