Designed for out door living this modern self-contained apartment attached to owners residence is situated in the peaceful hamlet of St Etienne about 2kms from the centre of Montpeyroux. Guests have free access to the owners pool and surrounding gardens. Zoe will ensure that your stay is enjoyable as possible and is on hand with suggestions on what to see and do in the area.
Decorated in a fresh modern style with provencal fabrics and well furnished to provide comfortable holiday accommodation. This ground floor property has a double bedroom with large sliding glass doors to the west facing front garden area from which there are extensive views. There is a full sized double bed and hanging cupboard.

The living room has comfortable armchairs and television and CD player and video. It has direct access via sliding glass windows to the private terrace area.
The small kitchen is equipped with gas hob, fridge with ice-making compartment, dishwasher, microwave oven and table top grill. There are table and chairs for dining.
The garden is extensive and planted with colourful Mediterranean plants and lawns. There is also a covered terrace area off the living room with garden furniture and purpose built barbecue for dining ?al fresco? and providing shade from the heat of he midday sun.
