Small villa but with a splendid view. Ideal for 2 persons, but with the clic-clac in the living-room (160 x 200) this house alows also 4 persons. From the living room and terrace a magnificent view over the evirement of the Minervois. The swimming pool measures 5,25 x 3.5 m. Living room furnished with lots of style. There's a clic-clac seat and 2 fauteuils, little table, dining-room and 4 chairs. Side board with television and dvd player.
Kitchen with cooking range (halogene), fridge, micro-wave and all necessary kitchen equipment for 4 persons.
