Villa with private swimming-pool and magnificent and wide view over Lamalou-les-Bains. This villa is situated on the border of a hill near the center of the village. You can do your shopping by feet and in the evening you can enjoy the bars, shops and restaurants. Just outside the village you'll find a golf-court (9 holes) and a tennis-court. The swimming-pool (9,5 x 4,5) has built-in stairs en has underwater lights. Lots of sport activities at Lamalou: guided walks, hors-riding, canoe, at about a half hour drive there's a golf-court (18 holes) at B?ziers. Living room with large seats, little table, side-board, large fire-place, television, cd-player and upper lights. There's a dining-corner with table and 6 chairs.
Kitchen with equipment for 6 persons with micro-wave, oven, large fridge and dish-washer. Also table and chairs. The largest bedroom has an own bathroom with shower, bathe and toilet. This bedroom has a large bed with 2 matresses of 80 x 200. The second bedroom has a drawer-bed with 2 matresses of 90 x 200. The third bedroom has a bunk bed of 90 x 200. There's also another tv-corner.
