Beautiful and spacious villa located on the outskirts of the village Prades-sur-Vernazobres, about 1 minute from the village. Built on a private terrain (3000 m2) in the middle of the green oaks, fir-trees, lavender, thyme and other Mediterranean bushes with a magnificent view.

Living-room (L-shape) with nice sitting-corner, seats around fire-place, bookcase, TV with built-in video, radio/cassette/CD-player and cosy lighting. Also electric heating in all rooms.
