Large Double Bed. This bedroom is situated on the 2nd floor. It has tiled flooring, free standing wardrobes, bedside lockers and wall lights. En suite toilet, Shower and wash basin.
Kitchen
The kitchen has 2 fridges and separate freezer, separate gas hob and electric oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and dishwasher etc. There is a full set of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. Large table will seat 10. The washing machine is located in the outside wash room.
Bathrooms
Bathroom 1 has two basins, bath, separate shower.
Bathroom 2 is the En suite and has a basin toilet and shower.
Bathroom 3 is in the courtyard and has a basin and toilet.
Living Room
Living room is fully furnished with sofa and chairs TV, DVD / Video, and CD player. TV channels are Astra 2A Satellite and local French stations.
Mix of music, books and games.
Laundry Room
In the courtyard housing the Washing machine and cloths horse.

The house has Air-conditioning,electric heaters and there is a fireplace in the living room.
Location
The house is in the first and oldest part of the village. It is situated on a corner and has lots of natural light and a great feeling of space.
Within a 2 minute walk there are Banks, Pharmacies, Doctors, Boulangerie, Restaurants, Bars, Shops and Supermarket. At the town square enjoy the bustling market every Wednesday and Sunday, when regional specialities are on sale.
Housekeeping
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure on Saturdays. Arrival after 4 pm and departure by 10 am.
Parking
There is adequate parking near by.
Beach Description
There are beaches about 25 to 30 kms away, (about 20 minutes driving time), the nearest of which is Valras Plage. It is a shallow beach and very safe for children. There is also a children’s' play area. The beach at Narbonne Plage is often used by windsurfers. There is an Aqua Park here too.
Rivers
A car is required to drive to the nearby rivers for canoeing and swimming. (about 25 minutes)
