The port wins hearts and sighs, but the old village, just a two minute walk away through the ruelles of old Marseillan is pure classic Old France. Stone houses, the wrought-iron bell tower of the church, a bustling market and quaint streets with centuries old houses clustered together. Walk down the winding streets to the main square to discover traditional Languedoc restaurants or choose to feast of fresh fish and seafood on the quaysides in the port.

A self-contained studio apartment, with its own shower room and living space with TV on the ground floor of a tatsefully restored and renovated village house in the heart of old Marseillan. This is an ideal summer hideaway for an individual or couple. The studio sleeps two in a proper double bed (no flimsy sofa bed or clic clacs here)and it has a fully fitted kitchen area which is equipped with top-of-the-range fridge, microwave and Smeg cooker - there is even a dishwasher.

Recognise the house by its cheery large windows and green shutters opening onto the wrought iron balconies of the upstairs apartment. The studio has its own private entrance from the street - seperate from the main house itself.
