Mèze is no more than 15 minutes drive away and the best shell-food in the area is to be found there and sandy beaches on the Thau lagoon, or the sea on the miles of beach from Marseillan to Sète. Historic Pézenas is just 10 minutes away by car and the old town of Montagnac is also well worth discovering.
