In the heart of the garden is a unique Mediterranean sanctuary providing an inspirational range of holistic treatments, therapies and wellness programmes to relax and revitalise body and mind. All treatments at Saint Benoît will use natural spa products developed on site from the fruits, flowers and botanicals of the vineyard, olive grove and garrigue. Grape seeds and essences, olive oil and stone, honey, beeswax, camomile, lavender, thyme and sea salts will be formulated into the finest organic oils, skincare preparations and detoxicants, all free of artificial preservatives and perfumes. | The Olive Grove |

Beside the vineyard is a 3 acre olive grove producing the venerable Lucques de Bize. Recognized by the connoisseur as the finest of all the olives this plump green fruit has a fine pulpy flesh with a delicate flavour of butter and hazel nut. Garrigae is working with the Oulibo olive co-operative to create a tableau of gourmet products from the fruit of Les Jardins de Saint Benoit. Like the grapes of a fine vintage the 'green gold' will be gathered by hand, for curing and pressing into the finest virgin oils, tapenades and table olives including the showpiece cold pressed oil Le Cuvée Spéciale Les Jardins de Saint Benoit. Our guests at Les Jardins will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the lifecycle of the olive - from planting to harvesting, pressing to manufacture. |
