Second bathroom with bath, washing-table and hair-drier. Second separate toilet. This villa is also provided with a vacuum-cleaner and ironer. Electric heating in all rooms. Because of the good isolation and double glazing, ideal house for the winter-season. All the terraces have lights and enough garden-furniture and parasols. Barbecue.
