Beautiful and Elegant 1867 French Summer Residence in the town of Pezenas and with it's own gated grounds with 3 bedrooms, large lawned garden area and heated private swimming pool in the town of Pézenas. The house, which sleeps up to 6 people, is in the heart of the Languedoc region. The Mediterranean with its fantastic beaches is only 30 minutes away. The region’s other attractions include the Cathar castles, Carcassonne, Nimes with its Roman Amphitheatre and the famous Roman bridge at Pont de Gard.
There are boat trips around the coast and on the Canal du Midi. The beautiful historic town of Pézenas has many restaurants, bars and shops. The house has high ceilings, original doors and shutters, parquet and tile floors. It has three bedrooms – two with en-suite facilities, lounge/dining room, separate wet room, toilet, kitchen and conservatory/dining room. Outside there is a large terrace, heated pool, shaded pool room, poolside decked area, parking area and 1500m2 garden.
