We are well placed within the 'Golden Triangle' of Ales, Montpellier and Nimes. Aubais is a most charming village with with many events and festivals during the summer. The house joins on to vinyards and is 5min walk from the local cave for superb wine and food and several other fine restaurants. The local bulls are bred for the August bull fights and horses graze in the neighbouring gardens. A little river (mostly dry in the summer) is at the bottom of the garden. The King of Languedoc's beaches,(25min drive away) Espiguette stretches for kilometre after kilometre of fine sandy dunes. This beach is big enough to find your own space, no matter how many people are there. The walk from the car park can be as long as you want. There are no buildings near by, but in summer the odd drinks seller will pass by. Finish your day here with a drink at nearby Aigues Mortes.

The house is ideal for families with young children.
The house, whilst simple is cool in the summer and cosy in winter. There are electric heaters and a excellent wood burner.
The kitchen with fridge/freezer cooker and water heater is well equipped with all nesscary cooking tools. The bathroom has a washing machine, shower, bath and sink.
The garden is 2500 sq m and is in the process of being redesigned and replanted. (An orchard, hundreds of plants round the house and swimming pool have been added this spring) It offers nice shady areas and ample opportunity for boules, rounders and other games.
The pool is cool and is cleaned and filtered automatically. No chlorine!
There are two private wells with superb tasting water.
