Re: Schools for 9 & 11 Yr olds

We are Canadian planning to spend a year in Montpellier and need to find a school(s) for our girls who will be 9 and 11 in 2010 when we are planning to be there. Our 11 year old spent 2 years in a french immersion school when she was 4 and 5 years old. Our 9 year old did not get this benefit and has only studied french at school where she gets french language lessons for 3-5 hours per week so french is limited. The 11 year old has an ear for french but is not fluent. My wife and I can get by but our french is very elementary. What should we be considering? What are our options? Who should be be contacting to undertake due diligence? Is there a list of public schools? Any help would be appreciated.
