Looking for long term let..!!

Hi, My family ( wife and 3 kids) will be moving permanently to Languedoc in 6 months to 1 years time permanently and we are looking to rent a house long term ( 1 to 2 years) somewhere in perpignan or the surrounding areas. Ideally it would sleep 8. We are also wanting to hire a house for a week in September. If you think you have a suitable property and would be interested in a long term let please let me know.
