The Prize

1. One week (Saturday after 4pm to the following Saturday before 11am) for two people staying free of charge in a luxury apartment in the heart of the historical centre of Montpellier – with champagne and chocolates waiting for you.
2. The exact date of the visit will be confirmed after discussion and agreement with the winner.
3. The winner will have to arrange their own travel arrangements, at their own expense.
4. The nominated winners will need to deposit a returnable security bond with the owner of the apartment (or his representative) of €250 in cash on arrival and adhere to all booking conditions – for full details please contact
5. A cash alternative will not be offered for this prize.
6. The week's visit must be taken before the end of 2007.

The Draw

1. The poll (draw) is open to all visitors to the Crème-deLanguedoc.com website that are over 18 years of age.
2. Entrants can enter the draw as many times as they like – limited to one entry per 24-hour period.
3. Only completed submissions of the ‘free text’ element of the poll will constitute a full and acceptable entry to the draw.
4. The draw will take place on 30th September 2006.
5. The winning entry will be chosen by our team of property experts and the winner will be notified by e-mail in early October.
6. The judges’ decision will be final.
