Made by the well-known vignerons Sieur d’Arques in the year 2000 as their Grand Cru Millenaire (Brut), to celebrate this occasion.

This wine has a wonderfully exotic bouquet of fruits combined with a refreshing dryness and is made from the Mauzac grape blended with up to 20% of Chardonnay and Chenin Blanc. Price 11 – 15 euros.

You can try this wine in the tasting rooms next to the big ‘Cave’ on the outskirts of Limoux. For something special or you need cheering up this is the one for you.
