At the feet of 'Le Montagne Noir', protected from the northern wind, you'll find Caunes Minervois, situated on the left bank of the Argent Double, around the historic abbey. Small and cosy streets forming the centre. You'll find different houses in Gothic or renaissance style. Around this old centre you'll find the modern Caune. Luxurious houses, lying on this unique place at the feet of 'Le Montagne Noir'. Magnificent views, green vine-yards from the Minvervois. Sometimes you even can see the Pyreneen. Here you also find the luxurious land-house 'Nouveau Brielle' in an enclosed garden (3200 m2) with different trees, bushes and lawn. Entrance through the winter-garden into the spacious hall. On your left a kitchen with cooking-range, oven, micro-wave, dish-washer and fridge. Entrance to the living-room. Seats, sitting-bag and table around the fireplace, dining-corner with different cupboards and store-furniture. There is also electric heating. From the living-room you have access to the mezzanine. This room has access to the garage. There is also a carport outside the house. Around the swimming-pool (5 x 11 m) with large stairs and lights is a large terrace with enough garden-furniture.
