Inside the Maison de Maitre, where the original owners of the Domaine once lived, a modern open plan kitchen/ living/ dining room has been created. The kitchen is well equipped with full-sized oven and fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. There are two large sofas, satellite TV and a wooden dining table and chairs.

The apartment is on one level and is extremely light and open. There are two bedrooms with marble fireplaces in each. The double has French windows that open onto the terrace, while the second bedroom has three single beds and looks out onto the cherry trees of the courtyard. The bathroom has bath/shower, sink and toilet.

This apartment has heating and is ideal for winter lets.

There are 2 acres of shared gardens with climbing frame, slide, swings and plenty of space for ball games. This enclosed garden also offers shaded areas beneath fruit trees and secluded spots to hide away.

The large shared swimming pool (12m x 6m) is walled and gated for safety. There is a private terrace with garden furniture, 5 garden chairs and BBQ.
