To the rear of the garden family sized pool, 8 x 4 metres, with pool house, bar, Bar-B-Q, fridge and adjoining shower and toilet also large canapy/pergola for shade. Garden comes complete with outdoor furniture eg. Tables/chairs loungers and fully stocked cupboard of tableware. Inside the house lounge/diner fully furnished with TV, French channels, DVD player. Fitted kitchen including dishwasher, microwave/expresso machine with separate utility room. There are three bedrooms with 140 x 200 double beds. Bathroom with toilet, washbasin, overhead shower and one separate wc.
The village has a minimarket, bakery, pharmacy and terrace café. There is an excellent restaurant, Icix, 200 metres from the villa. With Narbonne beach only 60 mins to the east and the medieval city of Carcassonne to the west there is plenty to see and do.
