 If you're looking for property in Marseillan, Languedoc, then the Residence Rive Gauche is for you. The property is located just on the water, at the far end of Marseillan's pretty port - a stone's throw from the town's restaurants and cafés.
Marseillan is a great town to purchase property in. It's only 20 minutes' drive from Béziers, and half an hour's drive from Montpellier. Excellent beaches are only minutes away, as are the buzzy seaside towns of Sète and Agde. Béziers airport is now open, with direct flights to Bristol - and more routes likely to be added soon.
Marseillan is also close to the A9 motorway - as well as TGV train stations at Montpellier and Beziers.

 Still relatively undiscovered by property hunters, Marseillan is a beautiful little Languedoc fishing village situated on the Etang De Thau - a large saltwater Lagoon separated from the Med by a slim Lido that runs between Séte and the Cap d'Agde.
Once a significant port for wine shipments, Marseillan now concerns itself primarily with the cultivation of oysters, the distillation of Noilly Prat and the pursuit of Arte du Vivre. It is at Marseillan too that the Canal Du Midi empties into the Mediterranean, and as such it is well known by sailors and shellfish aficionados as one of the gems of the Mediterranean.
 Résidence Rive Gauche occupies a commanding waterfront site at the entrance to the port with uninterrupted view over the Etang, the Oyster Beds, and the town of Séte which cascades down Mont St Clair into the Mediterranean. It is rare that a site such as this comes on the property market; much less that planning is obtained for residential development.
