Rapidly emerging as the premier development operation in the Languedoc, Garrigae Investissements is the family business of Cécile Viennet and Miguel Espada, both natives of the Languedoc whose respective families have been pre-eminent actors in winemaking and construction for several generations.
Garrigae Investissements has won prestigious Bentley International Property Awards on two occasions. In 2003, Garrigae won the "Best French development" award for the creation of 15 traditional-style villas in stone at Domaine des Pins in Durban-Corbières. Subsequently, the company was awarded five stars and best French development for the"Les Jardins St. Benoit" project in St. Laurent de Cabrerisse.
